Client Charter

We promise to provide quality service as follows:

  1. Ensuring awareness of safety, health and employment among staff by organizing programs such as talks, campaigns and training at least 2 times a year.
  2. Ensure that each responsibility center and residential colleges at the UMP perform the steps that are consistent with the requirements of OSHA regulations in 1994 Act 514 in order to protect the safety, health and employment among staff through visits, inspections or audits at least 2 times a year
  3. Ensure that each responsibility center and residential colleges at the UMP run ERP training at least once a year.
  4. Ensure that dangerous incidents, near misses and accidents in the UMP reported with the preparation of reports are complete and operating procedures must be developed systematically and on a monthly basis by all PTJ UMP.
