Client Charter

We promise to provide quality service as follows:

  1. Empower occupational safety & health culture among staff by organizing programs such as talks, campaigns and training at least 7 times a year.
  2. Enforce compliance towards OSH related Legal requirement among PTJ through 4 programs such as workplace inspection, walkabout, event inspections or audits.
  3. Ensure that each responsibility center and residential colleges at the UMP conduct emergency drill at least once a year within allocated respond time.
  4. Provide a safe and healthy environment by conducting programs to ensure incident rate is less than 0.5.
  5. Reported incident, near miss, unsafe act & unsafe condition report shall be responded within 1 working day according to appropriate procedure.
